Dj Xcel was born and raised on the 5th borough of staten island which is also known as shaolin. Dj Xcel was brought into the dj game at the tender age of 6 yrs old under the watchful eye of his older brother who was a dj from the mid 70’s to early 90’s. The love for culture nurtured into the start of a dj career that has spanned 35 + yrs he has been an avid crate digger. From doing mixtapes , spinning in clubs and doing summer stage concerts, Dj Xcel has done them all.
